Old scooter trip in Khao Yai

Khao Yai is a national park that not so far from Bangkok just 3 hours road. It's coverd 4 provinces are Saraburi, Nakornnayok,Nakornratchsima and Prajeenburi. This time we rided the motorbike with the classic bike group. And rent the tents for sleep at Pa Kluaymai (ผากล้วยไม้) in the area of the national park. Fees of entry of Thai people is 40 baht, Foriegner is 400 baht. Fees for vehicle is 50 baht.

**Remark: It's must be difficult if you don't have car cause it has no bus to go up to the mountain.

Our activities was visited many waterfalls and swam. Saw wild animals at night. Visited Khao Yai national park musuem. Grilled BBQ or cooked.

Kho Phi Phi, Krabi - Paradise on earth

We went to Kho Phi Phi by free bus(cause it's included in the boat ticket) from Suratthani about 1 hour road, stoped somewhere to take a mini van to Krabi at midday (there'r many destinations of mini van service). While we was waiting the departure time of mini van, there's cool drink and luch meal for sale. After 3 hours road by mini van, we arrived at the pier to take ferry boat at 14.00 am. accross to the Phi Phi isalnd (Thongsala Pier). 2 hours later we arrived in Thongsala pier and walked around. Thongsala was too expensive and too much noisy for us. Lot of taxi boats were waiting for us. Some people recommend me to find guesthouse in Long beach. So we took a taxi boat 100 baht each to Long beach. We walked along the beach till we found P.P. long beach resort 800 baht/night (no aircon. and cheappest in March) . So we took it cause it was 17.00 pm. !

We were so hungry and there it was! Yum yum... (price was like normal touristic places)

From Long beach we tried to save budget and walked up to the mountain to Thongsala pier to find some food cheaper (resturant for employee in the market). And yeah it was much cheaper!! After that we had an idea to visit the view point of Kho Phi Phi, so we clambed up to the view point. So tired!!!

In the next early morning around 07.30 am. we've been snorkeling by a nice taxi boat driver by 600 baht each. He took us tour around Phi Phi Ley island (Ao Maya bay where's movie "The beach" made from, Ao Losama, Viking cave and speacially snorkeling to see a ratshark (small shark). )

Peaceful in Kho Phangan, Suratthani

Kho Phangan is famous for Fullmoon party in Had rin. I've been there but not for fullmoon party. It's my favorite beach cause the sand were soft and some little wave to play with. Not too much quiet and not too much people if it's not fullmoon period.

This time we stayed in Thansadet beach in Mai Pen Rai bangkalow 500 baht/night. Actually the beach beside was just a small beach which is Treehouse located. Good view, good music, nice soft drink at treehouse was not expensive. The resturant in the corner of the beach up to the hill was so dilicious (real thai teaste) if compared with every restuarent near by.

How to get there?

We took a VIP bus 24 seat at Southern bus station at 20.00 pm. The ticket was included ferry boat ticket already like around 800 baht take 12 hours road. Arrived Suratthani pier about 08.00 am. and take ferry boat 3 hours to the Phangan island.

After that we looked forward to the pick up service of treehouse near the yellow cafe by 150 baht each. Then when we arrived we can look around to see the bangkalow near by, selected what we want.

And then arrived at Treehouse in Thongreng beach. View from Treehouse area you can see all the Thansadet beach.



Bangkalow was full so we walked to the beach just beside Thansadet beach and reach to the Mai Pen Rai bangkalow.

We rent 4 wheels drive around the island for 1,000 baht/day to visit another beach.

Long beach everything look expensive speacially hotel or bangkalow.



Had rin I love it! Not expensive and good beach for swim. Lot of club, bar and party to hang out.
